If you are looking for printing services in Lagos, the biggest questions are usually practical ones. How do I order? What will delivery cost? What happens if something is wrong with the print? This guide answers all three, so you can order business cards, flyers, brochures, T-shirts and more with confidence.

How ordering works

Choose your product from the shop, such as business cards, flyers or brochures.
Configure it by picking the quantity, size, paper and options you want. The price updates live, or you can use the Instant Quote Calculator to compare options first.
Add your artwork. Upload a print-ready file (see the artwork upload guide), use the online designer, or request design help if you do not have a design yet.
Pay securely online through Paystack or Stripe.
Follow your order with order tracking.

Delivery in Lagos and beyond

Delivery within Lagos is a flat ₦3,000. Delivery outside Lagos is ₦10,000. You can read the full details on the shipping details page. Because delivery is a flat rate, it often makes sense to put related items in one order instead of several small ones. Check your cart total before you pay.

Print defects and free reprints

If your order arrives with a printing defect, report it within 3 days and we will reprint it free of charge. The full terms are in the Refund and Returns Policy, so take a few minutes to read them before you order.

What about cancellations?

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Before you pay, double-check spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, sizes and colours. A two-minute check can save you from having to reorder.

A quick checklist before you order

Your artwork is high resolution and correctly sized. The paper, finishing and size guide can help.
Every name, number and address is spelled correctly.
You have chosen the right paper weight for how the item will be used.
You have chosen the right quantity, because larger quantities usually bring down the cost per piece.
You know where it is going and have an up-to-date delivery address and phone number.
