Most print delays come down to artwork that isn’t quite ready. A few checks before you upload can save a back-and-forth.
Resolution
Print needs much higher resolution than screens. 300 DPI (dots per inch) is the standard minimum — anything lower can look soft or pixelated once printed at full size.
Bleed
If any part of your design touches the edge of the page, extend it 3mm past the trim line. This “bleed” prevents thin white slivers from appearing if the cut shifts slightly during production.
Color Mode
Design in CMYK, not RGB. Screens display color differently than printers do, and RGB files can shift noticeably once printed.
